2. No software is licensed through this Site

The Site sells nothing, licenses nothing and operates no pilot, waitlist or customer account. Our products are offered on their own websites, each under its own terms, and each at the status stated there. At the date of these terms:

3. Content and intellectual property

The text, design and graphics on the Site are the property of Aksu Software unless stated otherwise. You may view and link to the Site; you may not copy, scrape or republish its content for commercial purposes without permission. Salesforce, Agentforce, AppExchange and related marks are trademarks of Salesforce, Inc.; other names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here only to identify what we build on.

4. External links

The Site links to our product sites, to the founder's portfolio and to third-party sites. We are responsible for our own sites; third-party sites are outside our control and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

5. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". We aim to keep it accurate and current — every product status on it is meant to be true on the date shown — but we make no warranty that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Aksu Software is not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Site. Liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.
