Privacy Policy

1. Controller

The controller for personal data processed through this website is Aksu Software, owner and founder Mustafa Aksu, [[POSTAL ADDRESS — fill in]], email hello@aksusoftware.com. There is no data protection officer; none is required for a business of this size.

2. What this website does — and does not do

aksusoftware.com is a static website. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no advertising pixels and loads no third-party scripts. Fonts are bundled with the site and are not fetched from Google at runtime. The only thing stored in your browser is a single localStorage entry (theme) if you switch between light and dark mode; it is purely functional, never leaves your device, and is not written until you click the toggle.

There is no contact form, no waitlist and no newsletter on this site, and therefore no database in which website visitors are stored.

3. Server logs (hosting)

Like every website, this one is delivered by a hosting provider whose servers technically log each request — typically the IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referring page and the browser identification. Our hosting provider processes these logs on our behalf to deliver the site and to protect it against abuse; they are not merged with other data and are deleted on the provider's rotation schedule. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in operating a secure website).

4. Contact by email

The only way to contact us through this site is the contact button, which is a plain mailto: link: it opens your own mail client with our address pre-filled. We receive only what you choose to send us by email. We use it solely to reply to your enquiry — about a product pilot, a partnership or an engagement — and we do not enter it into any database, CRM or marketing list. The correspondence stays in our mailbox for as long as the conversation is open and as long as commercial retention rules require, then it is deleted. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps at your request) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (answering your message).

5. Our products have their own privacy pages

Aksu Software makes three products — Configra, PreFlight and Nabz. Each lives on its own website with its own privacy page, which describes what that product does with data. Nothing you do on aksusoftware.com is linked to any product, and this policy does not cover them:

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Germany, the data protection authority of your federal state. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@aksusoftware.com. We respond without undue delay and in any case within one month (Art. 12(3) GDPR).

7. Changes

This policy describes the site as it is: small, static and without tracking. If the site ever gains a form, analytics or a third-party service, this page will be updated before that change goes live.
